Washington: Kerry 50% Bush 41%

In Washington, the latest Rasmussen Reports survey shows Senator Kerry with 50% of the vote and President Bush with 41%. Four years ago, Bush lost Washington's Electoral College votes to Al Gore by five percentage points.

The state remains in the Kerry column for our Electoral College projections.

In Washington, Kerry leads 49% to 43% among men and 51% to 39% among women.

In Washington, 42% of all voters Approve of the way President Bush is performing his job. That's down five well below his national Job Approval rating.

Data for Washington will be updated again early next month.
