In Georgia, President Bush still has a solid double digit lead. The latest Rasmussen Reports survey shows President Bush with 53% of the vote and Senator Kerry with 42%.

This is the fourth straight Rasmussen Reports poll showing Bush with an 11-point lead in Georgia. That's very close to the 12 point margin of victory for Bush in the state during Election 2000. As a result, Georgia remains safely in the Bush column for our Electoral College projections.

Sixty percent (60%) of Georgia voters have a favorable opinion of George Bush while 48% say the same of John Kerry.

Rasmussen Reports Premium Members receive weekly updates for Georgia and fourteen other states. They also receive daily tracking for Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.

Fifty-six percent (56%) of all Georgia voters Approve of the way President Bush is performing his job. That's down slightly from a month ago, but well above his national Job Approval rating.
