New Jersey: Democrat Sherrill +6 in Governor’s Race
Less than a month before Election Day in New Jersey, Democrat Mikie Sherrill holds a six-point lead over Republican Jack Ciattarelli in the closely-watched off-year contest to be governor of the Garden State.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 46% of Likely New Jersey voters would vote for Sherrill, while 40% would vote for Ciattarelli. Four percent (4%) say they would vote for a third-party candidate and nine percent (9%) are still undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
