Democrats Gain Lead on Energy Policy
More voters now trust Democrats to handle energy policy, an issue that favored Republicans just a few months ago.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 45% of Likely U.S. Voters trust the Democratic Party more to handle energy policy, while 40% trust Republicans more and 15% are not sure. That marks a net seven-point swing toward Democrats since February, when Republicans were more trusted on energy policy by a two-point margin, 47% to 45%.
