1* How closely have you followed recent news reports about the new national health care law?

2* Should the government require every American to buy or obtain health insurance?

3*  What has been your experience with the new health insurance exchange websites established as a result of the health care law? Have you had no experience with the websites, visited for informational purposes only, attempted to sign up for a plan but have not yet completed, or have you successfully signed up for a plan?

4* How likely is it that the problems experienced by many of these exchanges will be fixed within the next six months?

5*  Because of the problems experienced by the health insurance exchanges, should the Obama administration delay implementation of the individual mandate requiring every American to buy or obtain health insurance?
