1* How closely have you followed news stories about implementation of the president’s health care law?

2* Should the government require every American to buy or obtain health insurance?

3* Every state can decide if they want to set up a health care exchange called for in the president’s health care law. Many states have decided to set up an exchange while many others have refused. Do you happen to know if your state has agreed to set up a health care exchange?

4 * Have you or any member of your immediate family bought health insurance through a new health care exchange? 

5* Do you favor or oppose a single-payer health care system where the federal government provides coverage for everyone?
