1* How serious a problem is discrimination in the workplace against transgender, gay, lesbian and bisexual people?

2* Have you or someone you know ever suffered discrimination in the workplace because of gender identity or sexual preference?

3* Congress is now considering a proposal that would make it a federal crime to discriminate in the workplace against transgender, gay, lesbian and bisexual people. Do you favor or oppose a law that outlaws discrimination in the workplace against transgender, gay, lesbian and bisexual people? 

4* Should certain religious organizations be exempt from legislation that protects transgender, gay, lesbian and bisexual people from workplace discrimination if that law forces them to violate their religious principles?

5* In the next congressional election, are you more likely or less likely to vote for a member of Congress who supports a law prohibiting workplace discrimination against transgender, gay, lesbian and bisexual people? Or will their position on that law have no impact on your vote?
