1* Current immigration law requires that, before the government can deport illegal immigrants, those accused of being in the country illegally are entitled to a hearing before an immigration judge, with the right to legal counsel and the option of appealing the judge's decision. Does the current system provide too much protection to illegal immigrants? Or is the amount of protection for illegal immigrants under the current system about, right?
