1* How often do you go online and use the Internet?

2* How often do you download music?

3* How often do you download movies or TV shows?

4* Internet providers generally charge a flat rate to all customers regardless how long they are online and how much material they download. Now some are proposing that Internet customers who use the Internet more should pay more. Should the government decide which approach is best or should individual companies be allowed to decide for themselves?

5* Generally speaking, is their too much government regulation of the Internet, too little regulation, or is the level of regulation about right?
