National Survey of 1,000 U.S. Likely Voters

Conducted March 28-29, 2021
By Rasmussen Reports

1* In the Senate, a filibuster can prevent a vote from taking place unless 60 senators agree. Some Democrats want to change the Senate rules so that a vote must be held whenever a majority of senators agree. Do you favor or oppose the plan to change the rules and eliminate the filibuster?

2* Is it more important for government to operate efficiently or more important to preserve our constitutional system of checks and balances?
