1* In terms of how it impacts life in our country today, how do you rate the U.S. Constitution? Excellent, good, fair, or poor?

2* Suppose you had a chance to vote on whether or not we should continue using the Constitution as the fundamental law of the United States. Would you vote for the Constitution or against it?

3* Which best describes you view towards changing the Constitution. Should it be left alone? Does it require minor changes or major changes? Or, should we scrap it and start over again?

4* Does the Constitution place too many restrictions on what government can do or not enough restrictions on what government can do?

5* In political terms, do you consider yourself conservative, moderate, or liberal?

6* What is the bigger danger in the world today…a government that is too powerful or a government that is not powerful enough?

7* I am going to read you a short list of statements.  For each, please let me know if you agree or disagree.

“All men are created equal”

“We are all endowed by our Creator with certain inalienable rights, among them life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness”

“Governments derive their only just powers from the consent of the governed”
