2* The IRS has admitted to targeting Tea Party and other conservative groups, but it remains unclear who made the decision to target these groups. Who do you think made the decision? Was it low-level employees at the Cincinnati IRS office, someone at IRS headquarters or somebody who works in the White House?

3* How would you rate the Obama administration’s response to the IRS’ targeting of Tea Party and other conservative groups?

4* How likely is it that President Obama or his top aides were aware that Tea Party and other conservative groups were targeted by the IRS?

5* What type of disciplinary action should be taken against IRS employees who targeted Tea Party and other conservative groups? Should they be jailed, fired, formally reprimanded, or should no disciplinary action be taken?
