1* How closely have you followed recent news stories about automatic cuts in federal spending scheduled to go into effect on March 1?

 

2* Should President Obama and the Congress stop the automatic spending cuts from going into effect on March 1?

 

3* Sometimes, when politicians use the phrase spending cuts they really mean just a reduction in the growth of spending. Will the automatic spending cuts scheduled for March 1 really cut spending or will they merely reduce the growth of spending?

 

4* To avoid the automatic spending cuts, some politicians have suggested that a combination of tax hikes and other spending cuts should be offered instead. Should Congress allow the automatic spending cuts to take place or replace them with a combination of tax hikes and other spending cuts?
