Do you favor or oppose the elimination of the so-called federal “death tax” on
the property of those who die?

proposal has been made to double the standard deduction for individuals and
make the first $12,600 they earn tax-free. In exchange, all deductions except
those for retirement savings, charitable giving and mortgage interest would be
eliminated. Do you favor or oppose such a proposal?
