3* The federal government has strict mandatory minimum sentences for certain drug-related offenses. Do you agree or disagree with the use of mandatory minimum sentences for certain crimes?
4* Do you favor or oppose the use of alternative drug treatment programs instead of jail time for those convicted of non-violent, drug-related crimes?
5* A number of states currently set the age at which someone can be tried as an adult in criminal court below 18. Do you favor or oppose requiring all states to raise the minimum age at which someone can be tried as an adult to 18?
