* Does the government spend too much on public education, not enough on public education or does it spend about the right amount?

* Think for a moment about high school and elementary school students. On average, how much does the United States spend on education per year for each of these students?

* On average, the United States actually spends about $9,000 per student per year on education. Is that too much, too little or about the right amount  ?

* Are American taxpayers getting a good return on their investment of $9,000 per student per year?

* If more money is spent on funding for schools and education programs, will student performance improve in America?
