1* Should health insurance companies be required by law to cover the so-called morning-after pill for women without co-payments or other charges to the patient?

2* If health insurance companies are required to cover the morning-after pill for women without any charges to the patient, will that increase the cost of health insurance, decrease the cost of health insurance or have no impact on the cost of health insurance?

3* Should health care be made available free to all Americans?

4* Suppose you were asked to vote on a plan that made health care free to all Americans but requires everyone with insurance to change their coverage and join a program administered by the government. Would you favor or oppose that plan?
