8.     Iowa is one of many states with a taxpayer-funded workforce development program called “Dual Enrollment,” where high school students can take college courses with subsidized tuition to help them have long-term, successful careers in Iowa. This plan is currently open to illegal aliens who are not authorized to work.  Should Iowa’s Dual Enrollment program be limited to US citizens and immigrants with lawful work authorization?
