4* Given the problems with the new law, should Congress and the president go through the law piece by piece to improve it, repeal the entire law and start over again or leave the law as it is?

5* Will new government regulations on the coal industry help the economy, hurt the economy, or have no impact on the economy?

6* Should the United States begin to systematically phase out the use of coal-fired power plants over the next 50 years?
