Most Still Don’t See Nikki Haley Winning GOP Nomination
Former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley’s presidential campaign has gotten some major endorsements and lots of media attention, but most voters still don’t see much chance she’ll get the GOP nomination next year.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 29% of Likely U.S. Voters believe Haley is likely to end up being the Republican presidential nominee in 2024, including just seven percent (7%) who see her nomination as Very Likely.
Fifty-nine percent (59%) don’t think it’s likely Haley will get the 2024 GOP nomination, including 25% who say it is Not At All Likely. Twelve percent (12%) are not sure. In June, only 20% thought Haley was likely to be the 2024 Republican nominee. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

The survey of 892 U.S. Likely Voters was conducted on December 6-7 and 10, 2023 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 3 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence. Field work for all Rasmussen Reports surveys is conducted by Pulse Opinion Research.
