3* Has the Baby Boomer generation been good or bad for America? Or has its impact on the country been about the same as that of other generations?

4* Many Baby Boomers grew up to the popular music of the 1960s including artists like the Beatles, the Rolling Stones and Bob Dylan. Do you have a favorable or unfavorable impression of the popular music of the 1960s?

5* How often do you listen to the popular music of the 1960s – rarely or never, occasionally, several times a month, or several times a week?

6* Do you have a very favorable, somewhat favorable, somewhat unfavorable or very unfavorable impression of the Beatles?

7* The Beatles made their television debut in the United States on The Ed Sullivan Show 50 years ago on February 9, 1964. Have you ever seen that performance?

8* Do you own at least one Beatles album?
