Just 12% Think Opioid Problem Is Getting Better

Far more Americans believe the country’s opioid drug abuse problem has gotten worse in the past year than think it's gotten better.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 42% of American Adults believe the opioid drug crisis has gotten worse over the past year – virtually unchanged from 43% in February. Only 12% now think it’s gotten better, while 33% say the opioid problem has stayed about the same.
