Hudson Index: Industry Sector Yearly Overview
Worker confidence across three out of six industry sectors, as measured by the Hudson Employment Index SM, rose modestly throughout 2007. Confidence among accounting and finance workers showed the greatest gain of 1.9 points, making this year's average 111.7 and the highest of all the industry sectors. Legal and IT workers also showed slightly greater confidence this year than in 2006, gaining 1.1 and .4 points respectively.
