Younger Workers Want More, Connection That Is

Hudson Survey Finds Gen Y Wants More Feedback, Access to Managers and Social Interaction than Older Workers

When it comes to the workplace, younger employees crave more feedback, access to managers and social interaction than their older counterparts, according to a new survey by Hudson.

To learn more about managing multiple generations, Hudson surveyed 2,000 U.S. workers about what they wanted from their bosses regarding meetings and interaction, communication style, work environment and other issues.
