1* Under current law, men and women must hold exactly the same
jobs as a requirement for equal pay. But California has now adopted a law which
mandates equal pay for men and women if they do “substantially similar work”
for a company even if they have different job titles or work at different
locations. Do you favor or oppose such an equal pay requirement?
2* Are
differences in pay between men and women primarily due to discrimination,
different levels of experience, different levels of ability or something else?
