2* Is the minimum wage intended to be a wage someone can live on?

3* Do you favor or oppose raising the minimum wage from its current level of $7.25 an hour?

4* (Asked of 605 adults who favor raising the minimum wage) Several proposals have been made for raising the minimum wage from $7.25 an hour. Do you favor raising the hourly minimum wage to $8.25, $10.10, $11.50 or $15?

5* Should the hourly minimum wage be tied to inflation, so when the cost of living goes up, the minimum wage automatically goes up, too?

6* Will raising the hourly minimum wage help or hurt the economy? Or will it have no impact on the economy?

7* How often do you eat at a fast-food restaurant - rarely or never, at least once a week, two or three times a month or every now and then?

8* Would you be willing to pay more for fast food if it meant higher wages for those who work in these restaurants?
