A proposal has been made for the federal government to pay $2,000 a month to
Americans who earn less than $120,000 a year until the coronavirus emergency is
over. In addition, the government would provide $2,000 per child for up to
three children. The payments would be retroactive to March. Do you favor or
oppose monthly payouts like this to most Americans?
