2* Detroit has now officially filed for bankruptcy, claiming over $18 billion in debts it cannot pay. If a city is unable to pay its financial obligations, should it be allowed to file for bankruptcy?

3* How likely is it that more major cities will file for bankruptcy in the near future?

4* If a city files for bankruptcy, government employees may have their pension benefits reduced. Knowing this, do you favor or oppose allowing cities to file for bankruptcy?
