1* How closely have you followed news reports about Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac?

2* Do you have a very favorable, somewhat favorable, somewhat unfavorable, or very unfavorable impression of Fannie Mae?

3* Do you have a very favorable, somewhat favorable, somewhat unfavorable, or very unfavorable impression of Freddie Mac?

4* The federal government guarantees mortgages for low-income homeowners, including some who could not qualify for a mortgage without the government backing. Should the federal government be primarily concerned with making it possible for more people to own a home or should it be primarily concerned that the only people who can get a mortgage are those that can afford to pay it back?

5* Which is better for the housing markets—to require a 20% down payment for people who want to buy a home or to let people buy a home with no money down?
