The Rasmussen Minute: Iran Protests: Trump's Turn

President Trump blasted the leaders of Iran and their government for being a "murderous regime" in his fiery first-ever address to the United Nations General Assembly just last September. Trump also told the body of world leaders and delegates that "the longest suffering victims of Iran's leaders are, in fact, its own people."

Now, young Iranians are protesting in the streets of Iran for the first time since the presidential election protests in 2009. Then-President Obama took a wait-and-see approach to those protests, which saw the demonstrators violently put down by Iranian security forces.

But that was then and this is now, and there's a new president in town. Join us for this week's Rasmussen Minute as we catch up with Trump and this new wave of protesters in Iran.
