What America Thinks: Consumer Spending Update
For the last couple of months, consumers seemed to be riding a small wave of confidence when it came to their own spending habits, but are they now feeling the pain of loosened purse strings?
According to the latest Rasmussen Reports index of consumer spending, more consumers are now saying that they expect added expenses next month, and fewer people have confidence that they will have money left over after all their debts are paid. So where do they anticipate cutting costs?
