The Rasmussen Minute: Trump Before Fire And Fury

President Trump set the media ablaze with two little words – “fire” and “fury” – which he recently used to describe what would meet any military aggression from North Korea toward the United States or its allies.

His many critics would say he's maniacal, unstable and un-presidential. Yet, it was businessman Donald Trump who was warning the world nearly two decades ago that North Korea was developing nuclear weapons and that the problem needed to be dealt with then. Three presidents since sat idly by as the problem mushroomed.

It's now 18 years later; North Korea has gone nuclear; businessman Trump is the president of the United States, and his prescient comments from 1999 are the subject of this week's Rasmussen Minute.
