4* Do big banks and other major financial institutions have too much insider influence over the actions of the Federal Reserve?

5* A proposal has been made to prohibit those who work for or invest in companies that can receive financial aid from the Federal Reserve from serving on the Federal Reserve Board. Do you or agree with a proposal that would prohibit these bankers from serving on the Fed Board?
