5* Do you have a very favorable, somewhat favorable, somewhat unfavorable or very unfavorable impression of the new health care law?

6* The new national health care law requires businesses to provide health insurance that covers all government-approved contraceptives for women without co-payment or other charges to the patient. If providing such health insurance coverage violates the religious beliefs of a business owner, should the business be allowed to opt out of providing coverage for contraceptives?

7* Sometimes, unexpected things come up that prevent people from voting on Election Day.  Are you certain that you will vote in this year’s elections, or is it possible that something could come up that would prevent you from voting?

8* How would you rate the job Barack Obama has been doing as President… do you strongly approve, somewhat approve, somewhat disapprove, or strongly disapprove of the job he’s been doing?
