5* Has health care reform in Massachusetts been a success or a failure?

6* Should all voters be required to prove their identity before being allowed to vote?

7* Do laws requiring photo identification at the polls discriminate against some voters?

8* How confident are you that final election results accurately reflect the votes that were cast for each candidate?

9* How would you rate the job Barack Obama has been doing as president…do you strongly approve, somewhat approve, somewhat disapprove, or strongly disapprove of the job he’s been doing?
