Landrieu is viewed favorably by 61% of voters and unfavorably by 36%. Kennedy's ratings are 50% favorable, 39% unfavorable.

Governor Bobby Jindal, who was formerly considered a VP choice for John McCain, earns good or excellent ratings from 77% of voters, while just 3% say he is doing a poor job.
