3* When you go to work, do you generally look forward to the day or dread it?

4* Do you plan to use all of your vacation time this year?

5*In the event you do not use all of your vacation time, does your employer allow you to carry it over into the next year or do you lose it?

6* When you take a vacation, how often do you check in by phone or email with your office or place of work - Every day or nearly every day, Most days, Some days or rarely or never?
