2* Do you agree or disagree that the federal government should determine government aid to local police based on whether police departments meet "certain basic standards of decency and honorableness"?
3* One prominent Minneapolis official envisions "a police-free society" as the ultimate goal. How likely is it that most communities in this country will be able to achieve a police-free society - very likely, somewhat likely, not very likely or not at all likely?
