Conducted August 19-21, 2025

1* How would you rate the job Congress is doing in terms of passing legislation that is important to the issues you care about – excellent, good, fair or poor?

2* In the Senate, a filibuster can prevent a vote from taking place unless 60 senators agree. Some want to change the Senate rules so that a vote must be held whenever a majority of senators agree. Do you favor or oppose changing the rules to eliminate the filibuster?

3* Do you agree or disagree with this statement: "The legislative filibuster... is the most important distinction between the Senate and the House. Without the 60-vote threshold for legislation, the Senate becomes a majoritarian institution like the House... no Senator would like to see that happen"?
