1* Some people say we must take immediate action to stop global warming. Others say we should wait a few years to see if global warming is real before making major changes. What do you think?

2* When it comes to dealing with global warming, should President Obama take action alone if Congress does not approve the initiatives he has proposed or should the government do only what the president and Congress agree on?

3* Would an international agreement to fight global warming help the U.S. economy or hurt it? Or would it have no impact on the economy?
