* Do you have a very favorable, somewhat favorable, somewhat unfavorable or very unfavorable opinion of NATO?

* The North Atlantic Treaty Organization was created by the United States and its Western European allies in 1949 to prevent the further expansion of the Communist Soviet Union. Now that the Soviet Union is gone, is there still a need for the United States to belong to NATO?

* The United States spends approximately $2,500 per person on defense, while the other NATO nations spend $500 per person on defense. Knowing this, should the United States remove its troops from Western Europe and let the Europeans defend themselves?

* How confident are you that NATO will do all it can to help the United States win in Afghanistan and Libya?

* Should the United States be the world’s policeman?
