National Survey of 1,000 U.S. Likely Voters

Conducted January 24-25, 2016
By Rasmussen Reports

1* More than 40 million visitors came to the United States with legal visas last year, but over 500,000 overstayed their visas and didn’t go home. Is it too easy or too hard to get a visa to come to the United States? Or is the level of difficulty about right?

2* Is the federal government too aggressive or not aggressive enough in finding those who have overstayed their visas and sending them home? Or is the level of visa enforcement about right?

3* How serious a national security risk are those who overstay their visas in this country?
