2* California Governor Jerry Brown has ordered a mandatory 25 percent reduction in water use for much of his state as a four-year drought continues. Do you favor or oppose government regulation of personal water use like this in a drought situation?

4* How likely is it that California will be required to make further reductions in water use to get through the current water crisis?
