* When you buy groceries, do you typically pay with cash, check, debit card, credit card, or some other means of payment?

* When you eat at a restaurant, do you typically pay with cash, check, debit card, credit card, or some other means of payment?

* When you go out to the movies, do you typically pay with cash, check, debit card, credit card, or some other means of payment?

* Have you ever gone a full week without paying for anything with cash and coins?

* Sometimes, in places where people make cash payments, there is a place to donate pennies to charity or some other purpose. When you are given pennies in change, how often do you put them in some kind of donation receptacle at the counter rather than keep them?

* Do you favor or oppose a proposal for the United States to stop making pennies?

* How often do you spend a one-dollar bill – every day, several times a week, a few times a month, every now and then,  or almost never?

* Does a dollar still buy as much as it did five years ago?

* How do you pay most of your regular bills – in person, through the mail, direct withdrawal from your bank account, through online bill payment or some other way?
