The Rasmussen Minute: What Happens In Vegas...
More than 50 people were killed and nearly 500 injured after a gunman opened fire at the Route 91 Harvest country music festival in Las Vegas on October 1. The massacre of innocents that took place while country singer Jason Aldean played on stage is now the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history.
The shooting, which was carried out using a modified assault rifle by 64-year-old Stephen Paddock, has impacted the consciousness of the country and renewed cries for stricter gun control laws in the United States.
While the political debates rage, we take a moment to remember the victims of the Mandalay Bay Massacre in this week's Rasmussen Minute.
