1* How closely have you followed recent news stories about a “9-9-9” plan to reform the federal tax code?

2* Do you favor or oppose the “9-9-9” tax plan?

3* In terms of taxes, is it more important for the government to treat all taxpayers equally or should the tax code be used to encourage investments in certain industries?

4* The “9-9-9” plan would eliminate all existing federal taxes and replace it with a nine percent flat tax on household income, a 9 percent corporate tax and a nine percent national sales tax. Only charitable deductions would be allowed. Knowing this, do you favor or oppose the “9-9-9” tax plan?

5* If the 9-9-system were put into place, how likely is it that Congress would raise some or all of the tax levels within five to 10 years?
