1* President Trump is the first U.S. president to give his personal telephone number to several other world leaders so they can call him directly at any time. Is that a good move from a foreign policy standpoint, or should the president maintain a more traditional telephone arrangement so that all his calls with world leaders can be monitored by other high-level officials?
