visible to the public now through social media and smart phone technology?

two different police shootings: In one the policeman shoots a black suspect. In
the other, the policeman shoots a white suspect. Which story would the media
give more coverage to – the shooting of the black suspect or the shooting of
the white suspect? Or would the level of coverage be about the same?

the media coverage of shootings by police officers inspire people to attack the
police?
