Are President Obama’s instincts to blame America first, send Americans first, or protect America first?

2* What about Congressional Republicans? Are the instincts of Congressional Republicans to blame America first, send Americans first, or protect America first?

3* What policy do you think is most appropriate for the United States—blame America first, send Americans first, or protect America first?

4* The U.S. Navy now claims it is a global force for good. Is the Navy’s mission primarily to be a global force for good or primarily to protect and defend the United States?
