2*  Do you favor or oppose another partial federal government shutdown if Congress fails to fund President Trump’s border security plan and wall?

3*  Are congressional Democrats ever likely to agree to fund a border wall as long as Trump is president?

4*  Do you favor or oppose the declaration of a presidential national emergency to begin immediate construction of a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border if Congress fails to fund it?
